Our First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at Hayling Island Community Centre, Station Road, Hayling Island on 8th March 2026 starting at 5pm. please find our Agenda and the nominations for the Committee.

This is a great chance to meet your committee, hear what we’ve achieved over the past year, and learn about our plans.

We’ll also present our new constitution for adoption and hold elections for Committee Members and Officers. We warmly encourage members to consider volunteering — new ideas and voices are always welcome!
